NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY & NAVAL ACADEMY EXAMINATION (II) 2016
Examination will be conducted by the Union Public Service Commission on 18th September, 2016, for admission to the Army, Navy and Air Force wings of the NDA for the 138th Course, and for the 100th Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC) commencing from 2nd July, 2017.
1. National Defence Academy: 355 Nos. (208 for Army, 55 for Navy and 92 for Air Force)
Educational Qualification: 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination
Age Limit: Candidates should have not born earlier than 02nd January, 1998 and not later than 1st January, 2001
Consolidated Pay: per month.
2. Naval Academy: 55 Nos.
Educational Qualification: 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics
Age Limit: Candidates should have not born earlier than 02nd January, 1998 and not later than 1st January, 2001
Note: Candidates must be physically fit according to physical standards for admission to National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination (II), 2016
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination, Psychological Aptitude Test and Intelligence Test.
Examination will be held at the following Centres : Agartala, Ahmedabad, Aizawl, Allahabad, Bengaluru, Bareilly, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cuttack, Dehradun, Delhi, Dharwad, Dispur, Gangtok, Hyderabad, Imphal, Itanagar, Jaipur, Jammu, Jorhat, Kochi, Kohima, Kolkata, Lucknow, Madurai, Mumbai, Nagpur, Panaji (Goa), Patna, Port Blair, Raipur, Ranchi, Sambalpur, Shillong, Shimla, Srinagar, Thiruvananthapuram, Tirupati, Udaipur and Vishakhapatnam.
