1. Urban Planner: 55 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Graduate Degree in Urban Planning / Regional Planning / Geography / Civil Engineering / Architecture Engineering.
Experience: Three years experience in Urban Planning with experience of urban infrastructure projects / affordable housing / slum development projects.
Candidates having PG qualification are preferable.
Experience of urban reform oriented projects and fluency in local language is desirable.
Consolidated Pay: i) For candidates with Graduation: Rs.35, 000/- ii) For Post Graduation: Rs. 45,000/- per month.
2. Housing Finance and Policy Specialist: 92 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Graduate in finance / Commerce / Economics / Management.
Experience: Three years experience in housing finance or banking or housing policy.
Candidates having PG qualification is preferable.
Consolidated Pay: i) For candidates with Graduation: Rs.35, 000/- ii) For Post Graduation: Rs. 45,000/- per month.
3. Municipal / Civil Engineer: 38 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience: Three years of experience in procurement, design, and supervision of infrastructure works.
Candidates having PG qualification is preferable and Fluency in local language essential.
Prior experience as municipal engineer will be an added advantage
Consolidated Pay: i) For candidates with Graduation: Rs.35, 000/- ii) For Post Graduation: Rs. 45,000/- per month.
4. PPP Specialist: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate in Civil Engineering / MBA
Experience: Three years professional experience in developing and managing projects on PPP
Consolidated Pay: i) For candidates with Graduation: Rs.35, 000/- ii) For Post Graduation: Rs. 45,000/- per month.
5. MIS Specialist: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: B. Tech. in Computer Science IIT IMCA.
Experience: Three years of work experience in software development and database management.
Candidates having PG qualification is preferable and Fluency in local language essential.
Consolidated Pay: i)For candidates with Graduation: Rs.35,000/- ii) For Post Graduation: Rs. 45,000/- per month.
6. Environmental Specialist: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Environmental Studies or Similar field.
Experience: Three years of experience in assessing, monitoring, and mitigating environmental impacts of urban infrastructure investments.
Candidates having PG qualification is preferable and Fluency in local language essential.
Candidates should have Knowledge of local environmental laws and regulations.
Working experience in ULBs / City level will have added advantage
Consolidated Pay: i) For candidates with Graduation Rs.35,000/- ii) For Post Graduation: Rs. 45,000/- per month.
