UTTAR PRADESH PSC INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR 24 POSTS OF ASSTT. CONSERVATOR OF FOREST. LAST DATE — 30.01.2016
1.Asstt. Conservator of Forest: 24 Nos. (UR-18, OBC-06)
Educational Qualification: A Bachelors degree with at least one of the subject namely – Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Geology, Forestry, Statistics or a Bachelors degree in Agriculture or Bachelors degree in Engineering.
Preferential Qualification: A candidate who has served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of two years, or / and obtained a “B” certificate of N.C.C.
Physical Standard:
(i) Male: Height- 163 cms.(152.5 for SC/ST and Hill areas); Chest (unexpanded/expanded): 84cms/89cms.
(ii) Female: Height- 150cms (145 cms for SC/ST and Hill areas). Chest (unexpanded/expanded): 79cms/84cms.
Age Limit: Minimum-21 years and maximum-40 years as on 01.07.2015
Pay Scale: Rs. 15600/- Rs.39100/- Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of written examination and interview.

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.225/- (Rs.105 in case of ST, SC and Rs.25/- in case of PWD) as Application Fee. Fee can be paid through Bank only by means of Fee Payment Challan. Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO UTTAR PRADESH PSC AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
