Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s of Law OR must be an enrolled Advocate. Candidates must possess a thorough Knowledge of Hindi in Devnagri Script. Candidates who appear for the final examination are not eligible to apply.
Age Limit:
- Must have attained 22yrs and not more than 35yrs
Pay Scale:
- Rs.27700/- – Rs.44770/-
Upper Age Relaxation:Â
- The upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, OBC category of Uttar Pradesh; 15yrs in case of PWD. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection:Â
- Selection will be through U.P. Judicial Service Civil Judge (Junior Division). There will be a preliminary examination and the main examination.
The posts are temporary but likely to continue.

Examination Fee:
- In the ON-LINEApplication process, after completing the procedure of the first stage, Category wise prescribed examination fee is to be deposited as per instructions provided in the second stage. The prescribed fee for Preliminary examination for different categories is as under:-
- Unreserved / Other – Exam fee Rs. 100/- + On-line processing
- Backward Classes/ fee Rs. 25/- Total = Rs. 125/-
- Economically Weaker sections Scheduled Castes / – Exam fee Rs. 40/- + On-line processing
- Scheduled Tribes fee Rs. 25/- Total = Rs. 65/-
- Persons with Disabilities – Exam fee NIL+ On-line processing fee Rs. 25/- Total = Rs. 25/-
- Ex-Servicemen – Exam Fee Rs. 40/- + Online processing fee Rs. 25/- = Rs.65/-
- Dependents of the Freedom – According to their original category Fighters Women\
How to Apply:

Upon successful payment of the prescribed fee and submission of the online application form, the system-generated Registration/Acknowledgement Slip with a unique registration number will appear on the computer screen.
