Uttarakhand Sugars, Dehradun is recruiting 51 persons for the posts of Assistant Engineers (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrument), Manufacturing Chemist and Lab Incharge for Four Cooperative Sector Sugar Factories and Two Public Sector Sugar Factories situated in District Udham Singh Nagar & District Dehradun (Uttarakhand). Eligibility norms and brief information is given below—

NAME AND NO. OF VACANCIES FOR COOPERATIVE SECTOR SUGAR FACTORIES
1. Assistant Engineer (Mechanical): 14 Nos. (Gen—8; OBC—3; SC—3)
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering and 2yrs of experience preferably in Sugar Industries

2. Assistant Engineer (Electrical): 4 Nos. (Gen—3; SC—1)
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering and 2yrs of experience preferably in Sugar Industries

3. Assistant Engineer (Instrument): 3 Nos. (Gen—2; SC—1)
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Instrumentation Engineering and 2yrs of experience preferably in Sugar Industries

4. Manufacturing Chemist: 17 Nos. (Gen—11; OBC—2; SC—4)
Qualification: B.Sc with post graduate diploma ANSI or VSI (Sugar Tech) and minimum 2yrs of experience in sugar industries.

5. Lab Incharge: 4 Nos. (Gen—3; SC—1)
Qualification: B.Sc with post graduate diploma ANSI or VSI (Sugar Tech) and minimum 2yrs of experience in sugar industries.

1. Assistant Engineer (Mechanical):  5 Nos. (Gen—4; SC—1)
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering and 2yrs of experience preferably in Sugar Industries

2. Assistant Engineer (Electrical): 2 Nos. (Gen—1; SC—1)
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering and 2yrs of experience preferably in Sugar Industries

3. Lab Incharge: 2 Nos. (Gen—1; SC—1)
Qualification: B.Sc with post graduate diploma ANSI or VSI (Sugar Tech) and minimum 2yrs of experience in sugar industries.

Pay scale: —
For the posts in Cooperative sector sugar factories—Rs.8550—Rs.14600
For the posts in Public sector sugar factories—Rs.8000—Rs.13500

Age limits: between 21yrs to 35yrs as on 01/07/2012. Upper age relaxation  as per norms.

Application fee: Rs.600/- for General candidates (Rs.300 for SC/ST/OBC categories) through Bank Draft payable at— Dehradun.
