1. OPERATIONS MANAGER
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration or MBA (healthcare) or Master of Health Administration or Master of Public Health.
MBBS/ BDS/ BAMS/ BHMS/ BSMS/ BNYS/ B.Sc Nursing/ other medical-paramedical graduation with essential criteria is preferable.

2. MONITORING & EVALUATION MANAGER
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: M.Sc. Statistics or M.Sc. in Maths & Computing/ B. Tech in Data Science/ Master of Public Health / Master of Health Administration.
Experience: At least 03 years of relevant experience in health care programs or 05 years of experience in large public sector programs.
Desirable: i) Experience in health insurance sector.

3. MANAGER POLICY

Educational Qualification: Post-graduation or higher qualification in Public health, Community health, Preventive & Social Medicine, Health Economics, Health Policy and Health Financing.

4. IT SUPPORT CUM DATA MANAGER

Educational Qualification: B.Tech in Computer Science/ IT/ Math & Computing/ Data Science/ MCA.
Experience: i) Minimum of 05 years’ experience in setting up and managing IT systems.
ii) Experience in insurance industry IT system maintenance would be an advantage.
iii) Familiarity with insurance enrolment and claims IT systems shall be an added advantage.

5. BENEFICIARY VERIFICATION MANAGER
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: i) B. Tech in CS/ ITl Math & Computing/ Data Science/ MCA/ Graduation with 01 year Diploma in Computer Application.
ii) Proficiency in SQL, excel.
Experience: Minimum of 05 years’ experience.
Desirable: i) Master Degree in Technical Subjects.
ii) Experience in beneficiary database systems like Aadhar, NFSA- data, SECC etc would be an advantage.
iii) Familiarity with insurance enrolment/ larger surveys using tablets and experience in server management shall be an added advantage.

6. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL MANAGER

Educational Qualification: MSW/ Public relations/ MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration or Master in Hospital/ Health Administration, or MBA in healthcare.
Experience: At least 02 years’ experience.
Age Limit: Maximum 45 years as on 31/07/2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.30,000/- per month.
7. MEDICAL MANAGEMENT & QUALITY MANAGER
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: MBBS/ BDS/ BAMS/ BHMS/ BSMS/ BNYS/ B.Sc Nursing from a recognized medical college with MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration or Master of Health/ Hospital Administration or Master of Public Health or MBA in healthcare.
Experience: At least 02 years of work experience in the public health area.
Desirable: Experience in insurance or TPA industry in the area of provider management is desirable.

8. IEC MANAGER

9. CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

PG/ MBA in Human Resource Management.
Experience: Minimum 03 years of experience.

10. FINANCE MANAGER
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: MBA (Finance) / CA from a recognized institution Or M.Com with more than 05 years’ experience.
Experience: Experience of at least 05 years, preferably 03 to 04 years in insurance/ healthcare.
Desirable: i) MBA (Finance) / CA.
ii) Exposure to financial management operation research, systems analysis, computer programming, government accounting, funds flow management utilization certificates and scheme-wise expenditure reporting in a govt. set up and development of accounting packages wiil be an added advantage.
Age Limit: Maximum 45 years as on 31/07/2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40,000/- per month.

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Competency Assessment Test and Interview/ Viva voice test.
