COMBINED GRADUATE LEVEL EXAMINATION- 2019
The followings are the likely posts that will be filled up on the basis of this Examination:
Assistant Audit Officer, Assistant Accounts Officer, Assistant Section Officer, Assistant, Inspector of Income Tax, Inspector (Central Excise/ Preventive Officer/ Examiner), Assistant Enforcement Officer, Sub Inspector, Inspector Posts, Inspector, Assistant/ Superintendent, Divisional Accountant, Junior Statistical Officer, Statistical Investigator Grade-II, Auditor, Accountant, Accountant/ Junior Accountant, Senior Secretariat Assistant/ Upper Division Clerk, Tax Assistant and Upper Division Clerk.
Educational Qualification:
i) For Assistant Audit Officer/ Assistant Accounts Officer: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or Institute.
Desirable: Chartered Accountant or Cost & Management Accountant or Company Secretary or Masters in Commerce or Masters in Business Studies or Masters in Business Administration (Finance) or Masters in Business Economics.
ii) For Junior Statistical Officer: Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a recognized University or Institute with at least 60% Marks in Mathematics at 12th standard level.
OR
Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with Statistics as one of the subjects at degree level.
iii) Statistical Investigator Grade-II: Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with Statistics as one of the subjects from a recognized University or Institute. The candidates must have studied Statistics as a subject in all the three years of the graduation course.
iv) All other Posts: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 32 years as on 01/01/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.25500 — Rs.151100
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
On the basis of the result of Combined Graduate Level Examination- 2019 the candidates will be selected for various Group “B” and Group “C” posts in different Ministries/ Departments/ Organizations.
The candidates appearing in the final year of their graduation can also apply.
Note: For the posts of Inspector (Central Excise/ Examiner/ Preventive Officer), Inspector, Sub-Inspector (CBN/ CBI/ NIA) and Upper Division Clerkin BRO, the candidates should meet the prescribed Physical Standards requirement as laid by Staff Selection Commission (SSC). Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Computer Based Examination (Tier-I and Tier-III), Pen and Paper Mode (Descriptive paper) and Computer Proficiency Test/ Data Entry Skill Test (wherever applicable)/ Document Verification. The Tier-I Examination (CBE) will be held from 02/03/2020 to 11/03/2020. Tier-II (CBE) and Tier-III (Descriptive paper) Examinations will be held from 22/06/2020 to 25/06/2020. The examination will be held at various centres across India.

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Application Fee of Rs. 100/-. Fee can be paid through Online mode during submission of online application form by using Debit/Credit card or Net banking OR can be paid through Bank by means of fee payment Challan. NO APPLICATION FEE REQUIRED IN CASE OF WOMEN, SC, ST, PWD AND EX-SERVICEMEN CANDIDATES.
How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates may apply online only through the official website of Staff Selection Commission (SSC) — https://ssc.nic.in (See Application form’s link given below) from dated 22/10/2019 to 25/11/2019.
Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION (SSC) AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
