Post: Dy. General Manager (Finance & Accounts)
Level—E-6

Qualification: CA/ICWA/1st Class full-time MBA with Finance elective from recognised University/Institute.
Required 15yrs post qualification experience as an Executive.
Age: within 45 yrs
Pay: Rs.37400-67000 with grade pay of Rs.8700.
Post: Manager (Marketing)
Level—E-4
No. of posts: 1 (Gen)
Qualification: 1st Class full-time Master’s Degree in Marketing Management/1st Class MBA with Marketing elective from a recognized University
Required minimum 10yrs post qualification experience as an Executive.
Age: within 40yrs.
Pay: Rs.15600-39100 with grade pay of Rs.7600.
Post: Manager (Material)
Level—E-4
No. of Posts: 1 (Gen)
Qualification: 1st Class B.Tech./B.E. in the area of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Chemical / Metallurgy / Pulp & Paper. Required 10 years post-qualification experience as an Executive
Age and pay scale is same as above post.
Post: Dy. Manager (HR)

No. of Posts: 2 Nos. (OBC)
Qualification: 1st Class full-time Master’s Degree in PM & IR/MSW/MBA with HR elective from recognized University and 7 years post-qualification experience as an Executive

Post: Dy. Manager (Finance & Accounts)

No. of posts: 3 Nos. (OBC-1; SC-1; ST-1)
Qualification: CA/ICWA/1st Class full-time MBA with Finance elective from recognized University and 7 years post qualification experience as an Executive in handling finance, accounts, treasury, credit, internal audit, budget preparation, etc

Assistant Manager (QA)
Level—E-2
No. of posts: 2 Nos. (ST)
Qualification: 1st Class Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Chemical/Metallurgical Engineering/ Pulp & Paper Technology OR 1st Class Master’s Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Technology from a recognized University
Required 3 years post- qualification practical experience of inspection/quality assurance/quality control in process industry in an Executive
Age: within 35yrs
Pay scale: Rs.15600-39100 with grade pay of Rs. 5400.
Post: Officer (Materials)
No. of post: 6 Nos. (Gen-2; OBC-2, SC-1, ST-1)
Qualification: 1st Class B.Tech./B.E. in the area of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Chemical / Metallurgy / Pulp & Paper/Civil, etc.
Age: within 30yrs
Pay scale: Rs.9300-34800 with grade pay of Rs.4800
Age relaxation: Age will be counted as on 29th Feb-2012. Age relaxation for OBC/SC/ST and PH is as per govt. norms.
