Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC), for recruitment in various departments of the State, is inviting Application for 200 vacant posts of — Mandi Supervisor-cum-Fee Collector, Auction Recorder, Account Clerk, Junior Engineer, Instructor, Zilledars, Draftsman, Estate Manager, Network Supervisor, Surveyor, Library Clerk, Laboratory Technicians, Dietician and Multi purpose Health Worker. The application form is to print-out on plain paper and should reach by Registered Post within the scheduled date. Eligibility criteria is given below—
1. Mandi Supervisor-cum-Fee Collector: 12 posts. (Gen—5; SC—1; BCA—1; ESM—3; OSP—2)
Qualification: 55% marks in Graduate and must have 6 months of computer certificate course.
Age—between 17yrs to 40yrs.
Pay scale: Rs. 9300-34800 + 3200 Grade Pay.
2. Auction Recorder: 56 Nos. (Gen—26; SC—9; BCA—6; BCB—5; ESM—8; OSP—2)
Qualification: 50% marks in Graduate or its equivalent and must have 6 months of computer certificate course.
Age—between 17yrs to 40yrs.
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200+ 1900 Grade Pay
3. Accounts Clerk: 1 Nos. (Gen)
Qualification: Matric or Higher Secondary pass and should have one year of working experience in handling accounts matter. Must have Knowledge of typing in Hindi or English at a speed of 25/30 words per minute respectively.
Age —between 17yrs to 40yrs.
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200+ 1900 Grade Pay
4. Junior Engineer (Civil): 1 Nos. (Gen)
Qualification: 3yrs Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent with 2yrs of experience in the field.
Age: between 17yrs to 40yrs
Pay scale: Rs.9300—Rs.34800 and 3600 Grade pay.
5. Instructor (Female): 2 Nos. (SC category)
Qualification: Matric with Diploma in embroidery, stitching and sewing from a recognized institute.
Age—between 17yrs to 40yrs.
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200+ 1900 Grade Pay
6. Candidate Zilledars: 37 Nos. (Gen—17; BCA—2; ESM—6; OSP—2)
Qualification: A degree examination or some other equivalent examination of a recognized University.
Training will be provided to the qualified and selected candidates.
Age: between 20yrs to 40yrs.
Pay Scale: Rs.9300—Rs.34800 and Grade pay—Rs.3600
7. Draftsman: 1 Nos. (General)
Qualification: Matric pass with course of Draftsman (Civil).
Age: between 17yrs to 40yrs
Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 + 3200/- Grade Pay
8. Estate Manager: 1 Nos. (SC)
Qualification: Have done B.Com/ LLB and must have computer knowledge.
Age: between 17yrs to 40yrs

9. Junior Engineer (Electrical): 2 Nos. (Gen—1; SC—1)
Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Age: between 18yrs to 40yrs

10. Network Supervisor: 5 Nos. (Gen—2; ESM—3)
Qualification: ‘A level’ Diploma of DOE-GOI or 1st Division BCA/ B.Sc. Computer Science or 1st Division B.Sc.(Non-Med.)/ B.Com with one year PGDCA.
Age: between 18yrs to 40yrs
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 + 2400/- Grade Pay
Junior Engineer (Horticulture): 1 Nos. (SC category)
Qualification: Degree in Agriculture.
Age: 17yrs to 40yrs
Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 + 3600/- Grade Pay
Surveyor: 1 Nos. (General)
Qualification: Diploma/ Certificate of Surveyor OR Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Age: 17yrs to 40yrs
Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 + 3200/- Grade Pay
13. Library Clerk: 1 Nos. (Gen)
Qualification: Matric pass with Hindi and must have Certificate course in Library Science.
Age: between 17yrs to 40yrs
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 + 1900/- Grade Pay
14. Laboratory Technicians: 17 Nos. (Gen—5; SC—6; BCA—1; ESM—3; OSP—2)
Qualification: Higher Secondary pass (10+2) with Physics and Chemistry and One year of Diploma in Laboratory Technician from institute recognised by Haryana State OR Matriculation with Diploma in Laboratory Technician course recognised by State Technical Education Board.
Age: between 17yrs to 40yrs
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 + 2800/- Grade Pay
15. Multi purpose Health Workers (Female): 47 Nos. (Gen—16; SC—14; BCA—6; BCB—4; ESM—7)
Qualification: Matriculation pass and must have Multipurpose Health Workers Training Course from an Institute approved by govt.
Age: between 17yrs to 40yrs
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 + 2400/- Grade Pay
16. Dietician: 15 Nos. (Gen—5; BCA—2; BCB—2; ESM—4)
Qualification: M.Sc (Dietetics) OR B.Sc (Home Science) with Diploma in Dietetics.
Preference will be given to those who have experience in Hospital diets, cooking management of kitchen and etc.
Age: 17yrs to 40yrs
Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 + 3600/- Grade Pay
N.B: Along with above mentioned qualifications (for all posts) candidates must have studied Hindi/ Sanskrit upto Matric level.
Candidates (SC/ST/OBC/PWD) from Other State (except Haryana) should apply as General candidates. Age relaxation is as per norms.
Selection Steps: Shortlisted candidates may be appointed through Interview or by holding a written examination followed by Interview. Shortlisted candidates will be intimated later.

Along with the application form enclose the following attested copies of the documents—
- One copy of latest stamp size photograph duly attested should be pasted on the application form.
- Attested photocopy of Treasury Challan.
- Attested photocopy of essential qualifications and above /diploma/degree should be attached with the application form.
- Attested copy of fresh Eligibility Certificate in case of DESM candidates duly issued by the respective Zila Sainik Board.
- Attested copy of Sport Gradation Certificate in case of Outstanding Sports Persons, duly issued by the Competent Authority.
- Attested photo copy of BC / SC / PHC Certificate issued by competent authority.
The candidates residing outside the state of Haryana should send original Indian Postal Orders with the application forms after retaining counterfoil of IPO’s with them. They will produce the original Treasury Challan/ IPO (Counter Foil), and all other relevant documents along with Photostat attested copies, at the time of interview.
