Vehicle Factory Jabalpur, under Ministry of Defence, is recruiting 25 posts of Radiographer, LDC, Fireman, Durwan and Ward Sahayak. VEHICLE FACTORY JABALPUR INVITES APPLICATION FOR 25 RADIOGRAPHER, LDC, FIREMAN, ETC. LAST DATE – 09/10/2014
1. Radiographer: 1 Nos. (ST)
Educational Qualification: 12th pass with Science subjects and 3 yrs Diploma/Certificate in same trade.
Desirable: 6 months experience in the field and Knowledge of Computer.
2. Lower Division Clerk: 8 Nos. (Gen-4; SC-1; ST-2 & OBC-1). Out of total vacancies two are reserved for PH and Ex-Serviceman.
Educational Qualification: 12th pass and typing speed knowledge of 35wpm in English or 30wpm in Hindi on Computer.
3. Fireman: 3 Nos. (Gen-2 & ST-1)
Educational Qualification: 10th Pass and must have 6 months basic course in elementary fire fighting.
4. Durwan: 3 Nos. (Gen-2 & ST-1)
Educational Qualification: 10th Pass.
5. Ward Sahayak: 7 Nos. (Gen-5; SC-1 & ST-1). Out of total vacancies 1 is reserved for Ex-Serviceman.
Educational Qualification: 10th pass and knowledge of First-aid, Nursing and Ward procedure.
Pay Scale : Rs.9300 to Rs.34800 for Radiographer and Rs.5200 to Rs.20200 per month for rest of vacancies. Grade pay Rs.4200/- for Radiographer, Rs.1900/- for LDC/Fireman and Rs.1800/- for Durwan/Ward Sahayak.
Age Limit: 20 to 27 years for Durwan and 18 to 27 years for the rest of vacancies, as on closing date of online application. The upper age relaxation for SC/ST-5yrs; OBC-3yrs and Ex-Serviceman and others as per Govt. norms.
Application Fee: Candidates should pay Application Fee Rs.50/- through online mode by using their Credit/Debit card or Net banking during submission of online application.
No Fee for SC/ST/PH/Ex-Serviceman & all Women candidates.
Mode of Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test, Typing Test/Measurement of Physical Standard/Endurance Test (where applicable). Exact Date, Time and Venue will be intimated in due course.

PHYSICAL STANDARD MEASUREMENT:
For Fireman: (i) Height-165cms (ii) Chest (Unexpanded/Expanded) – 81.5cms/85cms (iii) Weight-50kgs.
For Durwan: (i) Height-165cms (ii) Chest (Unexpanded/Expanded) – 77cms/82cms (iii) Weight-45kgs.
ENDURANCE TEST:
For Fireman: Carrying a man (Fireman lift of 63.5 kgs) to a distance of 183 mts within 96 seconds, (ii) Long jump — 2.7 mtrs (iii) Climbing — 3mtrs.

Upon submission of online application, the system generated registration slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it and shall retain the same for future reference.
Before applying, candidates should keep ready the scanned copies of Age Proof (i.e. 10th Mark-sheet/Transfer Certificate),10+2th Certificate, Experience Certificate, Technical Qualification Certificate, Caste Certificate, Disability Certificate and Ex-Serviceman Certificate, as applicable, for uploading during submission of online Application form. (All certificates should be between 70 KB to 100 KB each).
Do not send any hard copies of documents or any print-out to the factory at this stage.
