1. VIDYUT SAHAYAK (JUNIOR ASSISTANT)
No. of Vacancies: 69 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Full time B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., B.C.A. and B.B.A. in regular mode from recognized University with minimum 55% in final year.
ii) The candidate should possess knowledge of Computer Operations.
iii) Good command over English and Gujarati Language.
iv) Knowledge of Gujarati is essential.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years (35 years for Reserved and EWS Category)
Fixed Pay: Rs.17500 per month
2. VIDYUT SAHAYAK (JUNIOR ENGINEER)
No. of Vacancies: 107 Nos.
Discipline wise vacancies:
i) Electrical- 44 posts
ii) Mechanical- 30 posts
iii) Instrumentation & Control- 20 posts
iv) Electronics & Communication- 06 posts
v) Environment- 02 posts

Educational Qualification: i) Full time B.E./ B.Tech in respective discipline in regular mode from recognized University with minimum 55% in 7th and 8th semester without ATKT.
ii) The candidate should possess knowledge of Computer Operations
iii) Good command over English and Gujarati Language.
iv) Knowledge of Gujarati is essential.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years (40 years for Reserved and EWS Category)
Fixed Pay: Rs.37000 per month
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for Female candidates and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
The selected candidate will be appointed initially for the period of Five (05) years as Vidyut Sahayak (Junior Assistant)/ Vidyut Sahayak (Junior Engineer) and may be considered for appointment to the post of Junior Assistant/ Junior Engineer on regular establishment, in the pay scale of Rs. 25000-55800 (for Junior Assistant)/ Rs. 45400-101200 (for Junior Engineer) subject to satisfactory completion of Five (05) years as Vidyut Sahayak.
Reserved Category candidates from the states other than Gujarat state will be treated as General Category candidates.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Online Examination and Document Verification. The Examination Centers will be in all over Gujarat.
