Educational Qualification: i) Should pass Class- X or above. Preference will be given to the highly educated candidates.
ii) Should have worked in MGNREGS or have family member who have worked under MGNREGS.
iii) Should be resident of the concerned Gram Panchayat.
iv) Should not be related to PRI representatives, mates/ supervisor and other officials implementing agencies.
v) The woman of SHG belonging to the SC/ ST community is preferable.
vi) VRP who have gained experience over the year while facilitating social audit also be given preference.
Age Limit: Above 18 years.
NOTE: Only candidates of SHG under NRLM are eligible to apply.

Candidates’ Selection: The candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in the Walk-in Interview along with a Test to assess their reading writing and analytical skill.
