JUNIOR TRAINEES
Number of vacancies: 366 posts. (UR-183; SC- 59; ST -25; OBC -99)

 

Vacancies as per Discipline wise –

1. Mechanical: 236 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have eligible ITI Trades with NCVT Certificate in Fitter, Machinist, Mill Wright, Turner, Draughtsman (Mechanical) and Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Age Limit: Minimum – 18 years maximum-27 years as on 01/12/2015
Pay Scale: Rs-16800/- Rs-24110/-

 

2. Electrical: 110 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have eligible ITI Trades with NCVT Certificate Electrical and Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Age Limit: Minimum – 18 years maximum-27 years as on 01/12/2015
Pay Scale: Rs-16800/- Rs-24110/-

 

3. Instrumentation: 20 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have eligible ITI Trades with NCVT Certificate Instrument Mechanic Electronics.
Candidates must have Diploma in Electronics Engineering Electronics & Communications Engineering instrumentation Engineering Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering.
Age Limit: Minimum – 18 years maximum-27 years as on 01/12/2015
Pay Scale: Rs-16800/- Rs-24110/-

 

Note: Candidates must have obtained minimum 60% marks in ITI / Diploma in Engineering for Gen/OBC candidates and 50% marks for SC/ST/PWD candidates

 

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Candidates Selection will be through Written Test and Interview. Written test will be conducted at test centre(s) in Andhra Pradesh during the month of February 2016

 

Physical Standards: The basic physical standards are as under:
(i) Height: 150 cms (143cms for female candidates)
(ii) Weight: 45 kgs (35 kgs for female candidates)

Chest: Unexpanded – 75 cms; Expanded – 80 cms
Vision: No squint and no colour blindness – partial or full.Binocularity of vision is essential.Power of glasses, if worn, shall not to exceed ±2.00D
