WBNVF and West Bengal Home Guard Volunteers is enrolling 360 Persons from Gorbeta-II, under Goaltor P.S., West Medinipur.

West Bengal National Volunteer Force (WBNVF) and West Bengal Home Guard Volunteers, under Dept. of Civil Defence is recruiting 293 persons in National Voluntary Force and 67 persons in Home Guard Volunteers as a “Volunteers”. Only candidates residing permanently in Gorbeta Block-II, under Police Station of Goaltor, West Medinipur. —

293 Volunteers in WBNVF and 67 Volunteers in Home Guards—
Candidates willing to apply should be the permanent resident of Gorbeta Block-II, under Police Station of Goaltor, West Medinipur. Job will be on basis on “No Work No Pay”, i.e. pay will be given only for numbers of days when worked. Only interested candidates who want to work on such basis as a “Volunteer” can only apply. Candidates should understand that this is not a permanent job and neither is sure that you will get work on regular basis.

Qualification: Class Eight (VIII) Pass.

Age should be between 18yrs to 40yrs (18yrs to 35yrs for Home Guard) as on 1-9-2011.Physical Weight and Height measurement should be as follows—Height- 165cm; Chest: 76 cms (unexpanded/expanded- for WBNVF: 75cm/80cm); Weight-minimum 51 Kg (52Kg for WBNVF).

How to Apply: As per application candidates will be called for Interview/Field Test. Selection committee’s decision will be taken as final.

Application can be prepared as per given format in a plain paper. Along with application, enclosed the following attested copies of the documents—

• Attested copies of Age proof documents/certificates
• Attested copies of Educational certificates
• Attested copies of permanent resident certificate issued by Gram Panchayat Prodhan/ President of Panchayat Samiti
• One self addressed envelope with affix postal stamp of Rs.5
• Recent 2 copies of passport size photographs duly attested (one copy pasted on application and other copy enclosed with application)
