District Health & Family Welfare Samity (DHFWS), Dakshin Dinajpur is recruiting the following staffs under the programme NPCDCS & NPHCE of the district on purely on contractual basis — Data Entry Operator, Staff Nurse, Cytopathology Technician, Care Coordinator, Physiotherapist, Counsellor and Hospital Attendant. DISTRICT HEALTH & FAMILY WELFARE SAMITY, DAKSHIN DINAJPUR REQUIRES VARIOUS STAFFS UNDER NPCDCS & NPHCE PROGRAMME. LAST DATE – 27/08/2014

1. Data Entry Operator (at Dist. NCD Cell): 1 Nos. (Gen)
Qualification: Graduate and minimum 01 year Diploma in Computer Application. Shall have minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
Experience—Minimum 01 year experience as Data Entry Operator.
Pay: Rs.13560/- per month

2. Data Entry Operator (at Dist. Hospital & Block Hospital): 9 Nos. (Gen—4; SC—2; ST—1; OBC—2)
Qualification: Graduate and minimum 6 months duration in Computer Application and shall possess minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
Experience—Minimum 01 year experience as Data Entry Operator.
Pay: Rs.10000/- per month

3. Staff Nurse: 22 nos (Gen—9; SC—6; ST—2; OBC—5)
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
Experience—At least 2 years experience in a hospital.
Pay: Rs.15000/-

4. Cytopathology: 1 Nos. (Gen)
Qualification: Bachelor’s of Laboratory Technology (BSC, MLT) or Diploma in Medical Technology (DMLT)
Experience—2 years experience as cytopathology technician in a hospital.
Pay: Rs.20000/-

5. Care Coordinator: 1 Nos. (Gen)
Qualification: Graduate with good communication skill and knowledge in basic computer operation.
Experience—Nil
Pay: Rs.20000/- per month

6. Physiotherapist: 1 Nos. (Gen)
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapist (BPT)
Experience—2 years as Physiotherapist in a hospital.
Pay: Rs.15000/-

7. Counsellor: 10 Nos. (Gen—5; SC—2; ST—1; OBC—2)
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Social Science or Degree / Diploma in Counselling in Health Education/in Mass Communication
Experience—2 years experience of counseling in health care facilty.
Pay: Rs.12000/-

8. Hospital Attendant: 2 Nos. (Gen—1; SC—1)
Qualification: Matriculation pass
Experience—2 years experience of working in a hospital.
Pay: Rs.8000/- per month

PARA MEDICAL WORKER
Number of Vacancies: 2 Nos. (OBC-A—1; ST—1)
Qualification: Higher Secondary pass or equivalent with PMW training certificate
OR passed M.S.W along with 3 years experience in the field of public health
OR B.Sc along with 3 years experience in the field of public health
Candidates must have basic working knowledge in computer.
