West Bengal Essential Commodities Supply Corporation Ltd (WBECSCL) is recruiting 30 candidates for the post of – Assistant General Manager, Jr. Assistant Manager, Jr. Asst. Manager (Finance), Commercial Inspector and Cashier. Interested and eligible candidates may apply on prescribed application format (See below) along with testimonials. 1. Assistant General Manager: 1 Nos. [General (PWD – Blindness or low vision)]
Qualification: Hons. Graduate/ B.E/ B.Tech with minimum 50% marks
AND Post Graduate Degree (MBA)/ Diploma in Business Management with specialization in Marketing/ any other field OR MBA/ Post Graduate Diploma in Export Import Management or MBA/ Post Graduate Diploma in Material Management or MBA Law Degree.
Experience: 3 years in a Managerial level.
Gross Pay: Rs.36630/-

2. Junior Assistant Manager: 1 Nos. (SC)
Qualification: Hons. Graduate with minimum 55% marks OR Master Degree with minimum 50% marks AND fundamental course in Computer covering MS DOS, MS Office.
Experience: 2 years working in a supervisory level.
Gross pay: Rs.23482/-

3. Junior Assistant Manager (Finance): 7 Nos. [Gen—1; Gen(EC)—1; Gen(PWD)—1; SC—2; OBC(A)(EC)—1; OBC(B)—1 ]
Qualification: B.Com (Hons.) with minimum 55% marks OR M.Com with minimum 50% marks AND Financial Accounting Course (Tally etc)
Experience: 2yrs in Accounting works.
Gross pay: Rs.23482/-

4. Commercial Inspector: 19 Nos. [SC—3; SC(EC)—1; ST—1; General—7; Gen(EC)—3; Gen(Sportsperson)—1; OBC(A)—2; OBC(B)—1]
Qualification: Hons. Graduate with a minimum marks of 50% AND Computer fundamental course covering DOS, MS Office
Experience: 2yrs working in procurement/ warehousing/ inventory & related field work.
Gross pay: Rs.18511/-

5. Cashier: 2 Nos. [Gen—1; Gen(EC)—1]
Qualification: Graduate in Commerce with minimum 50% marks and Computer course covering DOS, MS Office.
Experience: 1 year in cash handling and accounting works.
Gross pay: Rs.14140/-

Age Limit (for all post except Cashier): 21yrs to 40yrs. For the post of Cashier – 18yrs to 43yrs. Age will be calculated as on 01-01-2014. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST – 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs; PWD- 10yrs; and Others – As per norms.

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test and Interview. Screening/ Written test will be Objective type Multiple Choice Question on General Awareness, General English (Madhyamik level), Arithmetic and Reasoning.
