West Bengal Health Recruitment Board (WBHRB) is recruiting 3273 Nos. – “Staff Nurse (Gr.II)” and “Pharmacist (Gr.III)” under Health & Family Welfare Department, Govt. of W.B. STAFF NURSE, GRADE – II

PHARMACIST, GRADE-III 
Number of Vacancies: 824 Nos. (Gen—429; SC—181; ST—49; BC—140; PH—25)

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: 
For Staff Nurse: Passed General Nursing & Midwifery Certificate course from Nursing Training School recognized by West Bengal Nursing Council & Indian Nursing Council.
Candidates must be registered with Nursing Council of West Bengal  and shall be permanent resident of West Bengal.

For Pharmacist: Higher Secondary passed (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology and a two Year Diploma Course in Pharmacy recognized by the Government of West Bengal and registered as ‘A’ category Pharmacist under West Bengal Pharmacy Council.

N.B (Applicable for both posts): Candidates shall have the ability to read, write and speak in Bengali (not required in the case of Nepali speaking candidates of the three Hills sub-division of Darjeeling District- viz. Darjeeling sadar, Kalimpong & Kurseong).

PAY SCALE: 
For Staff Nurse: Rs.7100—37600 and Grade Pay: Rs.3600/- plus other allowances as per norms.
For Pharmacist: Rs. 7100—37600 and Grade Pay: Rs.3600/- plus other allowances as per norms.

AGE: 
Staff Nurse: Not less than 18 Years and not more than 35 Years as on 1st. January, 2014.
Pharmacist: Not more than 32 Years as on 1st. January, 2014.
Age limit relaxable by 5 years for SC and ST candidates of West Bengal, by 3 years for BC candidates of West Bengal and up to 45 years of age for persons having physical disabilities for 40% and above.

APPLICATION FEE:
Candidates willing to apply for any one of the post shall pay Application Fee of Rs.160/- either by Net Banking or Offline through Bank Counter in any branch of Banks participating in the GRIPS ( Govt.  Receipt Portal System ), Govt. of West Bengal through duplicate challan, as generated after filling up the online application Form. Govt. Receipt Head of Account is ‘ 0051-00-104-002-16’.
Fee can be also paid through online system during submission of Online Application. 

NO APPLICATION FEE FOR SC/ ST CATEGORIES. 

How to Apply: Apply Online through the official website of West Bengal Health Recruitment Board — www.wbhrb.in (See live URL to Application form given below).
Follow the detailed instruction available in the below mentioned URL .

After successful submission of Online Application form, the system generated submitted application will appear on the computer screen. If candidates have opted for offline mode fee payment, then fee payment receipt (in case of General and OBC candidates only) will appear on the screen. Print-out the fee payment slip and deposited the above prescribed fee at the respective branch of banks participating in the GRPIS (See advt.)
After depositing the fee, candidates shall login the website of WBHRB and shall mention the fee payment details on the Application form. Now the candidates can submit the application for final submission.

Candidates must retain the print-out of System Generated Application form (Registration slip) safely for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/ HARD COPY TO THE BAORD.
