Educational Qualification: MBBS Degree.

Weightage shall be given to candidates holding recognized Postgraduate degree (for disciplines under the Specialities group) and recognized Postdoctoral degree (for disciplines under the Super specialties group) in the concerned discipline.

Desirable:

i) Publications in journals indexed with Index Medicus or National Level journals of the National Academic Organizations
ii) Two years’ service experience in rural areas

Candidates should be registered as medical practitioner with the West Bengal Medical Council / Medical Council of India / Any Recognized State Medical Council.

 

Age Limit (For all above posts/discipline): Not more than 45 years as on 01.01.2016. Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.

 

Pay Scales (For all above posts/discipline): Rs.15600/- Rs. 42000/- and Grade Pay – Rs.5400/- and Other allowances per month.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Examination and Interview.
