1. Programme Co-ordinator: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in Computer Sciences or MCA or equivalent from recognized university.
Desirable Experience: Experience in any health programme either in Govt. or Non-Govt. organization at least in the rank of Programme Co-ordinator/ Project Co-ordinator of not less than 01 year is desirable.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01/09/2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs.27500/- per month.
2. Programme Assistant: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: M.Sc in Bio-Science – Zoology, Botany, Physiology, Bio-Chemistry, Anthropology or allied subjects AND basic computer knowledge.
Desirable Experience: Experience in any health programme either in Govt. or Non-Govt. organization at least in the rank of Programme/ Project Assistant or Associate or any support staff for not less than 01 year is desirable. The candidates must have worked in documentation related jobs.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01/09/2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs.20000/- per month.
Candidates’ Selection: Candidates will be shortlisted on basis of their academic qualification and experience. The shortlisted candidates will be called for Written Test.

Upon successful submission of online application form, the system generated user submitted Application form with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it in two copies out of which one copy enclosed with attested copies of testimonials (Qualification certificate and Mark sheet, from Madhyamik onwards, Caste certificate, Demand Draft, Ect.) is to be send at the below given address by Speed Post only, so as to reach on or before 06/11/2015
The other copy of the print-out should be kept by the candidates for future references.
Candidates must write their Online Registration Number, Name of the Post, Date of birth, Name/Guardian’s Name and Caste category at the back of the Draft and in from of the envelope containing the enclosures.
