Eligibility Criteria for WBMSC Recruitment 2024
Education Qualification:- Applicants need to have completed high school from a government-recognized board or council. They also need to have a diploma or certificate in “Sanitary Inspectorship” from a government-recognized institution.
Age Limit:- The Minimum age limit is 21 years and the maximum age limit is 40 years.
Upper Age Relaxation:- The maximum age limit is extended by 5 years for SC & ST candidates from West Bengal, and by 3 years for Other Backward Classes (OBC-A & OBC-B) candidates from West Bengal. For Persons with Disabilities with 40% and above disability as per government rules, the maximum age limit is extended up to 45 years. Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Other Backward Classes candidates from other states will be considered as General Candidates.
