1. State Project Manager (Skill): 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate in Rural Development/ Management/ Business Administration / Agri-Business Management /Social work with 5 years work experience in the field of Skills development of substantial size. Preference will be given who have experience of working in reputed institutions/Govt. programmes/reputed NGO/reputed corporate body etc.
Candidates should have good communication skill in English, Bengali & Hindi and good knowledge in MS office.
Remuneration: Rs.60000/- per month.
2. Project Managers: 07 Nos.
Discipline wise vacancies are as follows—
(i) Management Information System, Monitoring & Evaluation: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: M.E./M.Tech in Computer Sc/ Information Communication Technology/ B.E./B.Tech (IT/Computer Sc) / MCA with 5 years’ experience of designing; managing and handling large scale computerized Management Information System and Strong knowledge on DBMS /queries/ report generation.
Candidates should have good communication skill in English, Bengali & Hindi and good knowledge in MS office.
(ii) Social Mobilisation &Institution Building (SMIB): 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification:2 years’ Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Rural Development /Rural Management/Social work/Economics/ Sociology/ Anthropology/Agriculture or Allied/Management with 5 years’ experience in implementing and managing large project/programme relating to Social/ Community Development and Institution Building of rural poor.
Candidates should have good communication skill in English, Bengali & Hindi both oral & writing and good knowledge in MS office.
(iii) Training & Capacity Building: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: 2 years’ Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Rural Development /Rural Management/Social work/Economics/ Sociology/ Anthropology/Agriculture or Allied/Management
with 5 years’ experience in implementing and managing large project/programme relating to capacity building and training.
Candidates should have good communication skill in English, Bengali & Hindi and good knowledge in MS office.
(iv) Social Development: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: 2 years’ Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Rural Development /Rural Management/Social work/Economics/ Sociology/ Anthropology/Agriculture or Allied/Management with 5 years’ experience in implementing and managing large project/programme relating to social development & social issues.
Candidates should have good communication skill in English, Bengali & Hindi and good knowledge in MS office.
(v) Livelihoods: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Hons. Graduate and Master Degree in Agriculture or Allied Science from reputed Institute /State Agriculture/ Veterinary University with 3 years of work experience in implementing and managing large project/programme relating to Social/ Community Development and Institution Building of rural poor especially on livelihoods issues.
Candidates should have good communication skill in English, Bengali & Hindi both oral & writing and good knowledge in MS office.
(vi) Skill: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: 2 years’ Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Rural Development /Rural Management/Social work/Economics/ Sociology/ Anthropology/Agriculture or Allied/Management with 5 years’ experience in implementing and managing large project/programme relating to skill development.
Candidates should have good communication skill in English, Bengali & Hindi and good knowledge in MS office.
(vii)Micro Finance & Financial Inclusion: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: 2 years’ Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Rural Development /Rural Management/Social work/Economics/ Sociology/ Anthropology/Agriculture or Allied/Management with 5 years’ experience in implementing and managing large project/programme relating to skill development.
Candidates should have good communication skill in English, Bengali & Hindi and good knowledge in MS office.
Remuneration (for all disciplines in Project Managers posts): Rs.45000/- per month.
3. Young Professional (YP): 04 Nos.
Educational Qualification : B.Sc in Agriculture with degree in Rural Management / Rural development with 2-3 years experience in relevant field.
OR
02 years Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Rural Development /Rural Management/Social work/Economics/ Sociology/ Anthropology/Agriculture or Allied/Management. Candidates having experience in relevant field will be given preference.
Candidates should have good communication skill in English, Bengali & Hindi both oral & writing and good knowledge in MS office.
Remuneration (For YP): Rs.40000/- per month.
Mode of Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test, Group Discussion, Computer Test and Personal Interview.
Exact Date, Time and Venue for examination will be intimated in due course. Admit card will be sent to the candidates registered e-mail address and it can also be downloaded from website.
