WBPSC Assistant Translator Recruitment 2023 Post Details:
Assistant Translator (Bengali) — 10 nos.
Assistant Translator (Nepali) — 02 nos.
Assistant Translator (Santhali) — 02 nos.
Educational Qualification of WBPSC Recruitment:
Candidates who have a second-class Master’s or Honours degree in English or in related subjects(Bengali, Sathali and Nepali) from a UGC-recognized University and the ability to make translations from English into Bengali are eligible to apply.
Age Limit:
The maximum age is 39 years.
Pay Scale:
Rs. 32,100/- to Rs. 82,900/-
Candidates’ Selection of WBPSC Recruitment :
Selection of candidates will be through Written Tests and Personality Tests.

Application Fee:
The examination fee for online payment via debit/credit card is Rs. 160/-
However, candidates belonging to SC/ST categories in West Bengal and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) having a physical disability of 40% and above are exempt from paying any fee.
It’s important to note that SC/ST/OBC candidates from other states are not eligible for fee exemptions.

Upon successful payment of the prescribed fee and submission of the online application form, the system-generated Registration/acknowledgment slip with a unique registration number will appear on the computer screen.
