1. Senior Research Fellow: 05 Nos.
Educational Qualification: At least 55% in Master’s degree in Geology/ Applied Geology/ Geography /Agriculture & Soil Science/ Environmental Science/ Remote Sensing & GIS and two years experience in preparation of various theme maps using RS & GIS techniques.
Desirable: PG Diploma in Geoinformatics or equivalent NET/GATE qualified
Age Limit: Maximum-35 years as on 13/09/2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.18,700/- per month.
2. Junior Research Fellow: 04 Nos.
Educational Qualification: At least 55% in Master’s degree in Geology/ Applied Geology/ Geography /Agriculture & Soil Science/ Environmental Science/ Remote Sensing & GIS.
Desirable: PG Diploma in Geoinformatics or equivalent.
Experience in preparation of various theme maps using RS & GIS. NET/GATE qualified
Age Limit: Maximum-35 years as on 13/09/2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 16,400/- per month.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Interview.
Candidates selected for the post will be engaged on three different projects namely National Land Use/Land Cover Analysis, National Wastelands Change Analysis and Land Degradation Mapping on contractual/temporary basis for Ten to Eighteen months.
