Name of the Post: Family Planning Counsellor (Female candidates only)
No. of Vacancies: 44 Nos. (Gen—20; SC—10; ST—04; OBC—08 & PWD—02)

 

Educational Qualification: Graduate in Social Science with excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of MS-Office and other Computer skills i.e MS office package. Candidate should be fluency in Bengali and English language both in writing and speaking.
Desirable: Master Degree in Social Science from recognized institution.

Experience: 2 years working experience in Social Sector or Health Sector. Preference will be taken who has 1 year experience in counseling services in Health Sector.

 

Consolidated Pay: Rs.13560/- per month.

 

Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01.04.2015. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST – 5yrs; EBC/BC- 3yrs; PWD-10 and Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates on the basis of Qualification marks, Experience, Written Test, Work Experience and Interview. Candidates who will qualify the written examination will be called for Interview.

Application Fee: Rs.100/- (Rs.50/- for SC/ST, OBC and PWD) is to be paid in form of Demand Draft drawn in favour – West Bengal State Health & Family Welfare Samiti, and payable at – Service Branch, Kolkata.
