Eligibility Criteria for WBTDCC Recruitment 2023
1) Should have extensive experience in disbursing loans to retired banks’ preferred sector from government banks.
2) Must have proficiency in MS Office, with the ability to manage/analyze large data in MS Excel.
3) Must have strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy.
4) Must be proficient in questioning, writing reports, and presenting results.
5) Good communication skills in Bengali and English. Knowledge of Hindi is also desirable.
6) Willing to travel extensively in the field 10-15 days per month.
