Govt. of West Bengal – Office of the District Magistrate, Purulia and Watershed Cell cum Data Centre is inviting application from the eligible Indian citizen residing at Purulia District for the posts of Watershed Development Team (WDT) in the discipline of Engineering, Livelihood, Social Welfare and Micro-enterprise. The engagement are on contract basis. Qualification norms are as follows —
1. WDT (Engineering)
Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
2. WDT (Livelihood)
Qualification: Graduate in Agriculture/ Forestry/ Plant Science/ Animal Science
3. WDT (Social Welfare)
Qualification: Degree in Rural Development / Social Welfare/ Social Science/ Agricultural Economics
4. WDT (Micro Enterprise)
Qualification: Graduate in Commerce/ Economics/ Rural Management
Desirable Qualification (For all posts): Skill/ Knowledge in Computer Application, Data Entry, Etc is desirable.
Age Limit (For all posts): Maximum 45 yrs.
Monthly Emoluments (For all posts): Rs.10,000/- per month
The engagement to the above said posts are purely temporary posts to be filled up on contract basis for implementation of Watershed Development Projects in Purulia District.
Selected candidates may be posted in any remote place of the watershed area of Purulia District.
