Educational Qualification:
i) Degree of a recognized University.
ii) Degree or Diploma in Social Science, or LLB Degree with Labour Laws as elective subject, of a recognized University or an Institution.
iii) Adequate knowledge of Malayalam.
Experience: Minimum 03 years post qualification managerial experience in matters of Human Resource, Welfare in a Public Sector Undertaking/ Engineering Company/ Factory.
Desirable: Experience of working in an ERP/ SAP/ computerized environment desirable.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 28/08/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.40000-140000/-
