Educational Qualification: i) Degree or Diploma course recognized by Maharashtra State, as per Maharashtra Welfare Officers (duties, qualifications and conditions of service) Rules,1966.
ii) Enrolled in the list maintained by the Director, Industrial Safety & Health, Maharashtra, Mumbai for appointment of Welfare Officer in any Factory.
iii) Possesses adequate knowledge of Marathi language.

Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 28 years as on 21/12/2020.

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
The selected candidates will be initially posted at India Security Press, Nashik Road, Maharashtra.
The selected candidates will be placed on Probation for a period of one (01) year.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection will be done through Online Written Examination. The online written examination will be held tentatively in the month of January/ February, 2021 at the following centers- Nashik, Mumbai, Delhi, Noida, Kolkata, Bhopal, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai.
