1. MEDICAL OFFICER
No. of Vacancies: 12 Nos.
Educational Qualification: MBBS Degree
Age Limit: Up to 63 years as on 01/01/2018
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40,000/- per month.
2. LAB TECHNICIAN/ LAB TECHNICIAN (BLOOD BANK/ ICTC)
No. of Vacancies: 12 Nos.
Educational Qualification: HS (10+2) from a recognized Board / Institute with physics, Chemistry and Biology / Math and DMLT recognized by W.B State Medical Faculty /AICTE.
OR Graduate in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc) with one year experience or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) with two years experience.
AND working knowledge of computer.
Age Limit: Up to 60 years as on 01/01/2018
Consolidated Pay: Rs.17220/- per month.
3. STAFF NURSE
No. of Vacancies: 12 Nos.
Educational Qualification: B.Sc Nursing Course/ GNM from an Institute recognized by the Indian Nursing Council. Candidate should have proficiency in local language. Preference should be given to the local eligible candidates
Age Limit: Maximum 64 years (for UPHC) and maximum 40 years (for NRC) as on 01/01/2018
Consolidated Pay: Rs.17220/- per month.
4. FINANCE CUM LOGISTIC OFFICER
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Inter CA / Inter ICWA / M. Com or MBA (Finance / Material Management) with Knowledge of Computer.
Desirable: At least 3 years experience in accounting including analysis, financial reporting, budgeting, financial software and reporting system.
Age Limit: Up to 40yrs as on 01/01/2018
Consolidated Pay: Rs.22700 per month.
5. FACILITY LEVEL QUALITY MANAGER

6. PROGRAMME OFFICER (PSYCHIATRIST/MO)

Educational Qualification: Qualified Psychiatrist having qualification of MBBS with MD/DNB Psychiatry/DPN or equivalent P.G. qualifications
In case of Trained Medical Officers – MBBS with 4 months training in Psychiatry from NIMHANS, CIP, LGBRIMH-Tejpur or other identified institutions.
Age Limit: Upto 40 years as on 01/01/2018
Consolidated Pay: Rs.50000 (Rs.30000 for Trained MO) per month.
7. STS
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or recognized Sanitary Inspectors Course and certificate course in computer operation. Candidates should have permanent two wheeler driving licence and should be able to drive two wheelers.
Preferential – Tuberculosis Health Visitor recognized course. Govt. recognized Degree/Diploma in Social work or Medical social work. Basic training course for multipurpose health worker.
Candidates should have at least 50% marks in all requisite qualification
Age Limit: Upto 40 years as on 01/01/2018
Consolidated Pay: Rs.50000 (Rs.30000 for Trained MO) per month.
