West Bengal Employees’ State Insurance Corporation, Kolkata, under Ministry of Labour & Employment, is inviting application from the eligible candidates for 11 posts of Stenographer, Upper Division Clerk and Multi Tasking Staff against Special Recruitment Drive for PWD candidates . ESIC WEST BENGAL IS INVITING APPLICATION FOR 11 POSTS OF STENOGRAPHER, UPPER DIVISION CLERK AND MULTI TASKING STAFF UNDER SPECIAL RECRUITMENT DRIVE FOR PWD. LAST DATE — 31/10/2015

 

1. Stenographer: 01 (OH)
Qualification: Higher Secondary pass (Class 12 pass) and should possess speed of 80 words per minute in stenography in English/Hindi. Should have knowledge of Computer including use of Office Suites and databases.

 

2. Upper Division Clerk: 03 (HH-01, VH-02)
Qualification: Degree from a recognized University/equivalent and should have working knowledge of Computer including use of Office Suites and databases.

 

3. Multi Tasking Staff: 07 (OH-02, HH-02, VH-03)
Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent pass.

 

Age Limit (For all above posts/discipline): Minimum 18 years Maximum 27 years for Stenographer & UDC and maximum 25 years for MTS. Age will be calculated as on 31.10.2015.. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PWD & as per Govt. norms for Ex-Servicemen & others

 

Pay Scales (For all above posts/discipline): Rs.5200 – Rs.20200/- and Grade Pay of Rs.2400/- for Stenographer & UDC and Rs.1800/- for MTS

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination, Stenography Test (for Stenographer) and Computer Skill Test. Selection of candidates for the post of Multi Tasking Staff will be through Written Test only. Written test will be Objective type.

The Examination Centre will be at – Kolkata.
