West Bengal State Food Security Agency (WBSFSA) is recruiting 39 candidates for engagement as State Level Consultant, State Level Sr.Technical Assistant, District Level Consultant and District Level Technical Assistant under National Food Security Mission at State Headquarter and different Districts of West Bengal purely on contractual basis. Qualification norms and eligibility criteria in brief is given below —
1. STATE LEVEL CONSULTANT, NFSM: 3 Nos.
Qualification: Doctorate Degree in Agronomy/ Agriculture Extension / Soil Science/ Plant Breeding having at least 10 years of field experience In Crop production/Crop
Consolidate Pay: Rs.30,000/- per month.
2. STATE LEVEL, Sr. TECHNICAL ASSISTANT, NFSM: 2 Nos.
Qualification: M.A. in Agriculture with specialization in management of field crops. Candidates must have knowledge of Computer.
Preference will be given to the candidates who have experience of research and extension.
Consolidate Pay: Rs.18,000/- per month.
3. DISTRICT LEVEL CONSULTANT: 17 Nos.
Qualification: Basic Degree in Agriculture with Masters Degree in Agronomy /Agri. Extension/ Soil Science/ Crop Improvement having at least 10 years of field experience in crop production /Agril. Extension services.
Consolidate Pay: Rs.20,000 per month.
4. DISTRICT LEVEL TECHNICAL ASSISTANT: 17 Nos.
Qualification: Basic degree in Agriculture and computer knowledge.
Candidates with experience of research and extension will be given preference.
Consolidate Pay: Rs.15,000 per month.
Age Limits (For all posts): Maximum 64yrs as on 01-04-2013. Upper age relaxation is as per norms.
The engagement of the candidates will be on contractual basis under National Food Security Mission at State Headquarter and different Districts of West Bengal.
