STAFF NURSE
No. of Vacancies: 6114 Nos.
Educational Qualification: General Nursing and Midwifery/ Basic B.Sc. (Nursing)/ Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) course passed from any Nursing Training School/College of Nursing recognized by both Indian Nursing Council and Respective State Nursing Council.
AND Registration Certificate from West Bengal Nursing Council.
AND Knowledge of Bengali/Nepali- Spoken and written.
Age Limit: Not less than 18 years and not more than 39 years on 01.01.2021.
Basic Pay: Rs.29800 per month
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: The recruitment will be made by selection, but where a large number of applications are received, as a result of Advertisement, the Board may, for the purpose of short-listing, hold a preliminary examination.

Fee: Candidates must submit the online application fee amounting to Rs. 160/- (Rupees one hundred & sixty) only through Banks participating in the GRPS (Govt. Receipt Portal System), Govt. of West Bengal at Govt. Receipt Head of Account ‘0051-00-104-002-16’.
Candidates belonging to SC/ST category of West Bengal and persons with disabilities candidates do not require to pay any fee.
Upon successful submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO WEST BENGAL HEALTH RECRUITMENT BOARD (WBHRB) AT THIS STAGE.
