West Bengal State Health & Family Welfare Samiti, Kolkata, is recruiting 39 Audiologist, Audiometric Assistant and Instructor for the Young Hearing Impaired Children on contractual basis under the programme National Programme for Prevention and Control of Deafness (NPPCD) for different districts. 1. Audiologist: 13 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Audiology & Speech language Pathology/B.S.C (Speech & Hearing) from RCI recognized Institute.
Age Limit: Minimum 22 years to Maximum 40 years as on 01.01.2015.
Remuneration: Rs.30000/- per month.
2. Audiometric Assistant: 13 Nos.
Educational Qualification: 1 year Diploma in Hearing, Language and Speech (DHLS) from RCI recognized Institute.
Age Limit: Minimum 22 years to Maximum 40 years as on 01.01.2015.
Remuneration: Rs.15000/- per month.
3. Instructor for the Young Hearing Impaired Children: 13 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Training Young Deaf and Hearing Handicapped (DTYDHH) from RCI recognised Institute.
Age Limit: Minimum 22 years to Maximum 40 years as on 01.01.2015.
Remuneration: Rs.15000/- per month.
Above vacancies are for the following District/Health District — Hooghly, Howrah, Birbhum, Rampurhat, Burdwan, Asansol, Purba Medinipur, Nandigram, South 24 pgs, Diamond Harbour, North 24 Pgs, Basirhat and Nadia.

Upon submission of online application, the system generated registration slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it in two copies out of which one copy enclosed with Demand Draft of Rs.100/- (Fee) is to be send at the below given address.
Application Fee: Candidates shall pay Rs.100/- through Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favour of West Bengal State Health & Family Welfare Samiti payable at Service Branch, Kolkata.
Candidates must mention their On-line registration No, Name of the post, Date of birth, Name, Guardian’s Name at the back of the Draft and in front of the envelope containing the enclosures.
Note: Don not use of Stapler pin or do not stitch the demand draft with the application.
