1. Data Manager: 1 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: Master’s in Computer Application (MCA) with 2 years experience in data recording and data analysis OR Master’s Degree in Statistics with 01 year experience in data recording and data analysis OR Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Application with 3 years experience in data recording and data analysis OR Bachelor’s in Information Technology with 2 years experience in data recording and data analysis
Candidates must have proficiency in Computer including MS Office.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01/09/2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs.23270/- per month.

 

2. Staff Nurse: 618 Nos. (SC-137; ST-37; OBC-A-62; OBC-B-43; UR-320; PWD-19)
Educational Qualification: General Nurse & Midwifery (GNM) Course from an recognized institute OR B.Sc Nursing. Candidates must be registered under West Bengal Nursing Council and must have proficiency in Bengali.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01/09/2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs.17220/- per month.

 

3. Pharmacist: 309 Nos. (SC-68; ST-19; OBC-A-31; OBC-B-22; UR-160; PWD-9)
Educational Qualification: 02 years Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharma) (Allopathic) and should be registered as “A” category Pharmacist under West Bengal Pharmacy Coucil.
Weightage will be given to candidates who have higher qualification.
The candidates must have proficiency in Bengali and must have efficiency in computers including MS Office and Internet.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01/09/2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs.25000/- per month.

 

4. Public Health Manager: 86 Nos. (SC-20; ST-5; OBC-A-9; OBC-B-6; UR-43; PWD-3)
Educational Qualification: Graduation in Dental/ Nursing OR Master’s Degree in Life Science (Life Science includes Botany, Zoology, Human Physiology, Micro-Biology, Biochemistry, Bio-Technology, Bio-Informatics)/ Master’s Degree in Economics OR Graduation in Social Sciences with Masters in Public Health/ Community Health/ Preventive & Social Medicine OR Graduation in any discipline with MBA in Human Resource/ Health Care
The candidates must have proficiency in computers including MS Office and Internet.
Essential Experience: 02 years post qualification experience in the field of health programme management in disease surveillance/ community mobilization/ inter Sectoral collaboration/ IEC-BCC Activities/ Quality Control/ Monitoring and Evalution.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01/09/2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs.22000/- per month.

 

5. Urban Health Planning & Monitoring Manager: 09 Nos. (SC-2; ST-1; OBC-A-1; OBC-B-1; UR-4)
Educational Qualification: Graduation in Dental/ Nursing OR Master’s degree in Life Science (Life Science includes Botany, Zoology, Human Physiology, Micro Biology, Biochemistry, Bio-Technology, Bio-Informatics)/ Master Degree in Economics OR Graduation in Social Science with Masters in Public Health/ Community Health/ Preventive & Social Medicine OR Graduation in any discipline with MBA in Human Resource/ Health Care.

Candidates’ Selection: Candidates will be shortlisted on basis of their academic qualification and experience. The shortlisted candidates will be called for Computer Test wherever applicable. Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.100/- for unreserved candidates and Rs.50/- for SC/ST, OBC and PWD candidates as Application Fee.

Fee can be paid through Demand Draft drawn in favour of West Bengal State Health & Family Welfare Samiti, payable at Service Branch, Kolkata.

 

How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates may apply online only through the official website of WBSH&FWS, Kolkata — www.wbhealth.gov.in (See link to Application form given below) from dated 15/10/2015 (11 AM) to 16/11/2015 (5 PM)

Upon successful submission of online application form, the system generated user submitted Application form with unique Registration Number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it in two copies out of which one copy enclosed with attested copies of testimonials (Qualification certificate/ Mark sheet – Madhyamik onwards, Caste Certificate, Age proof, Demand Draft and Etc.)  is to be send at the below given address by post, so as to reach on or before 20/11/2015

The other copy of the online print-out application should be retain the candidates for future references.

Candidates must write their online application registration number, data of birth, name, guardian’s name and caste category at the back side of the Demand Draft and in front of the application containing envelope.

Do not staple or stitch the Demand Draft with the Application form.
