State Mission Management
1. STATE PROJECT MANAGER (LIVELIHOODS)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate or Post Graduate Diploma in Agriculture & Allied Sectors / Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandary / Dairy Technology / Fishery / Forestry with Post Graduate diploma / P.G in Rural Management / Development in regular course.
Candidates should have good communication skill (both oral and writing) in English, Bengali and Hindi.
Proficiency in working with MS office is must.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of working experiences in relevant field.
Age Limit: Maximum-50 years as on 01/07/2017.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.60,000/- per month.
Special Convergence Project for WBSRLM
2. DISTRICT PROJECT MANAGER (FINANCIAL INCLUSION)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate OR Post Graduate Diploma holder in Rural Development / Management / Business Administration / Agriculture / Agri Business Management / Social Work or equivalent.
Candidates should have good communication skill (both oral and writing) in English, Bengali and Hindi.
Proficiency in working with MS office is must.
Preference would be given to those passed out from reputed institute of National level and having experience of working in reputed institutions / Govt. Programmes / reputed NGO/reputed corporate body / Banking sector in a managerial capacity etc.
Experience: At least seven years of relevant work experience in the field of Microfinance.
Age Limit: Maximum-50 years as on 01/07/2017.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.35,000/- per month.
3. CONSULTANT CONVERGENCE (STATE LEVEL)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.
Preference would be given to those having experience of working in reputed institutions or in development programme /NGO etc.
Candidates should have good facilitation, coordination & documentation skill and ability to work in a team.
Candidates should have good communication skill (both oral and writing) in English, Bengali and Hindi.
Proficiency in working with MS office is must.
Experience: At least ten years of relevant experience of working in the development arena for Graduates and seven years of Post Graduate is required.
Age Limit: Maximum-50 years as on 01/07/2017.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.60, 000/- per month.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test, Group Discussion, Computer Test and Personal Interview.
