STENOGRAPHER GRADE-II
Number of Vacancies: 4 Nos.
— English Stenographer: 3 Nos. (Unreserved)
— Hindi Stenographer: 1 No. (Reserved for OBC)
Educational Qualification: Class 12 pass or equivalent.
Candidates must have ability to take Stenography/Dictation for 10 minutes at the speed of 80 words per minute for English/Hindi Stenography. For transcription of dictation, 50 minutes in English and 65 minutes in Hindi on computer only.
Age Limit: Between 18-27 years as on 28/11/2014. Upper age relaxation for reserved categories and any others is as per Govt. norms.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200 AND Grade Pay – Rs.2400
Selection of the candidates will be through Stenography skill test and Interview.
The candidates who qualify the Stenography Test i.e. who attain the minimum qualifying speed of 80 words per minute in English/Hindi will be called for interview before the Selection Committee of the Institute.
The merit of the candidate appeared for interview will be based on their performance and marks obtained in the Interview.
