This virtual event serves as the entry point for the Future Innovators Category, where teams compete by submitting their project presentations online. The top 400 teams, as determined by the National Ranking List based on these submissions, will progress to the in-person Regional Championships.

As per the official announcement, registrations for Event 5 of the Virtual Championship are currently open. Earlier events (Event 1 through Event 4) are now closed. Interested teams must complete their registration well before the deadline to secure their participation.

Steps to Register for WRO India Virtual Championship 2026
Candidates can follow the step-by-step process below to complete their team registration:
- Download the Template: Download the free School Team Registration Template for guidance. Templates are available separately for Future Innovators and Future Engineers.
- Prepare the Letter: Use your school letterhead and fill in the details requested within the square brackets as per the template.
- Get Authorization: The letter must be stamped and signed by the School Principal or Director.
- Send the Application: Email the completed application to wro@indiastemfoundation.org.
- Await Verification: After verification, the admin will activate your team within 3 working days. You will be notified via email.
