Eligibility Criteria for Baroda Bank Recruitment 2024

(1) Office Assistant

Qualification:-
i) Candidates Shall be a Graduate viz BSW/BA/B.Com./ with computer knowledge.
ii) Knowledge in basic accounting is a preferred qualification
iii) Must be fluent in spoken and written local language
iv) Fluency in Hindi / English will be an additional qualification.

(2) Watchman/ Gardener

Qualification:-
i) Candidates must have passed the 7th standard
ii) Must have experience in Agriculture/Horticulture/ horticulture

Age Limit:- The candidate’s minimum age is 22 years and the maximum age is 40 years.

Pay Scale

• Office Assistant:- Rs. 14000/- pm
• Watchman/ Gardener:- Rs. 7500/- pm

Selection Process for BOB Recruitment 2024

(i) Written test to assess general knowledge and computer ability.

(ii) Personal interview to assess communication skills, leadership qualities, attitude, problem-solving ability and ability to get along with trainees, developmental approach.
