Eligibility Criteria for Faculty, Specialist & Sr. Residents Posts
The eligibility criteria for ESIC Recruitment 2024 outline the requirements for applicants. These typically include factors such as age, education level, and citizenship. Candidates must meet these criteria to be considered for the job.
Educational Qualification
- Faculty: As per NMC/MCI guidelines
- Super Specialists Full/Part Time: MBBS Degree
- Senior Residents: PG Degree or Diploma from a recognized University.
- Adjunct Faculty: MBBS with PG (MD/DNB) from a recognized University.
Age Limit
- Faculty: Not exceeding 67 Years
- Super Specialists Full/Part Time: Not exceeding 67 Years
- Senior Residents: Not exceeding 45 Years
- Adjunct Faculty: Not exceeding 70 Years
Note: The age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates.
Salary: Rs.67,000 to Rs.2,40,000/- for relevant posts.
Application Fees:
- SC/ST/ ESIC (Regular employees) Female candidates, Ex-serviceman & PH candidates: Nil
- All other categories: Rs.225/-
The amount of the application fee shall be collected at the time of the Interview.
Selection Process
Selection will be made based on the performance of the candidate in the Interview before the Selection Board. Results will be displayed on the website ‘www.esic.gov.in’. Selected candidates will have to join immediately or as per schedule after receipt of an offer of appointment.
