IDBI Bank Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Nationality / Citizenship:

To apply for this, you must be one of these:

• A citizen of India.
• A person from Nepal.
• A person from Bhutan.
• A Tibetan who came to India before January 1, 1962, and wants to live in India permanently.Someone of
• Indian origin who moved from Pakistan, Myanmar (Burma), Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, or Vietnam, and wants to live in India permanently.

If you’re in categories 2, 3, 4, or 5, you need a certificate from the Government of India to apply.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates should have completed their Graduation or equivalent from a recognized university or institution.

Professional qualifications:

• Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) (CIPP-Europe / CIPP-Asia)
• Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM)
• Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP)

Preferred qualifications:

• Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT)
• Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE)
• PECB Certified Data Protection Officer (CDPO)
• Certified in Data Protection (CDP)
• ISO 27001
• NIST 800-53
• CISM
• CISA, etc.
• Expert understanding of data privacy laws and practices.

Understanding of Data Privacy Laws & Regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Age Limit: Candidates’ age should be between 45 years to 60 years.

Period:

Contract for a period of 3 years (extendable up to 5 years at the Bank’s discretion and subject to statuary and regulatory guidelines) to be reviewed every year.

Posting:

Candidates are likely to be posted at Mumbai/Navi Mumbai. However, the Bank reserves the right to post to any offices of the Bank or any place as per the requirement of the Bank.

IDBI Bank Recruitment 2024 Selection Procedure

Initial Screening: We’ll review applications to see if candidates meet basic requirements.

Provisional Candidacy: If you pass screening, you’re considered a potential candidate, but your documents will be checked later.

Personal Interview (PI): Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.

Interview Details: If selected for an interview, you’ll be informed about the details via email or call letter.

Interview: Your performance in the interview will determine your selection.

Final Selection: Candidates who do well in the interview, meet medical standards, and fulfill eligibility criteria will be considered.

Ranking: If multiple candidates score the same, age will be used to rank them.

Final Shortlisting: Only the necessary number of candidates will be called for interviews after initial screening.

Potential Offer: We might offer a position one grade lower than advertised, with corresponding pay.

List of Documents to be produced at the time of PI:

The following documents in original together with a self-attested photocopy in support of the candidate’s eligibility and identity are to be invariably
submitted at the time of the interview failing which the candidate may not be permitted to appear for the interview.

1.  Interview Call Letter
2. Photocopy of Identify Proof
3. Mark sheets & provisional / Degree certificates for educational qualifications.
4. Work Experience Certificate
5. No Objection Certificate for Employees

Note: Candidates will not be allowed to appear for the interview if he/she fails to produce the relevant eligibility documents as mentioned above. No documents shall be directly sent to the Bank by candidates before or after the interview.
