IAS Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:- i) Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree in Science or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent recognized institution.

ii) A minimum of 10 years of work experience in publishing in the editorial sector with editorial and/or managing online production, sales, and promotional activities in a senior managerial capacity with specialization in print/production of scholarly scientific journals and books.

Desirable:- Experience in book development including eContent (typesetting, indexing, ISBN numbers). Proficiency in English with very good communication skills.

Age Limit:- The candidate’s maximum age is 35 years.

Upper Age Relaxation: The upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC, and 10 years for the PWD category.

IAS Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

i) The Selection Committee may determine its own method of evaluating the performance of the candidates in the interview. Eligible candidates will be shortlisted for interview on the basis of required qualifications in nature of years of experience and skills. A personal interview is required for the final selection.

ii) A call letter to attend the interview will be sent to the candidates through e-mail only.

iii) Candidates shall have to produce original documents/testimonials at the time of the Interview for verification.
