Essential Educational Qualification – Candidates have to Complete their Graduation Degree or Equivalent along with 10 Years of Relevant Working Experience to apply for the Post.
Age Limit – Applicants Age Must Be Less than 50 Years old to apply for the Post. Age Relaxation will be applicable as per the Norms of the National Institute of Design Haryana.
Application Fees – Applicants have to pay Rs. 1000/- as their Application Fees in the Form of a Non-Refundable Demand Draft from any scheduled bank in favor of “National Institute of Design” payable at Kurukshetra. SC, ST, PwD, and Women candidates are exempted from payment of application fees. Such candidates are required to attach with the application form, valid certificates issued by competent authority to claim fee exemption; otherwise, their application will be rejected.

Documents/ Certificate to be produced at the time of the selection process:
Applicants are required to bring the following original documents and one set of photocopies during the selection process. Failure to do so will result in the rejection of candidature, and the candidate will be barred from further participation in the selection process:
a. Matriculation/10th Standard or equivalent certificate indicating the date of birth, or the mark sheet of Matriculation/10th Standard or equivalent issued by the Central/State Board indicating the date of birth to support the claim of age. If the date of birth is not available in the certificate/mark sheets issued by the concerned Educational Boards, the School leaving certificate indicating the date of birth will be considered.
b. Higher Secondary/Class XII (or equivalent) board marks sheet.
c. Bachelor’s Degree and Post Graduation certificate along with mark sheets covering all academic years as proof of the claimed educational qualification.
d. No Objection Certificate (NOC) and Experience Certificate(s) from the Head(s) of Organization(s) for the entire experience claimed. The certificate(s) should mention the duration of employment (date, month & year), indicating the basic pay, Grade Pay (GP)/Pay Matrix Level, and consolidated pay. It should also specify the nature of duties performed/experience obtained in the post(s) with duration(s).
e. The latest month’s pay slip attested by the employer.
f. Copy of Aadhar card or any other document serving as photo ID proof.
