The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have released the provisional shortlist for the Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) Graduate Level recruitment under CEN No. 05/2024. Candidates who appeared for the 2nd Stage Computer Based Test (CBT-2) on 13.10.2025 and the Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) on 28.12.2025 can now check their results region-wise.

Shortlisting for Category 1 & 3 was done based on CBT-2 marks (out of 100). Shortlisting for Category 2 was done based on 70% of CBT-2 + 30% of CBAT marks, with mandatory CBAT qualification (minimum T-Score of 42 in each Test Battery). The CBAT score card will be live from 19:00 hrs on 07.05.2026 for 15 days.
How to Download RRB NTPC Graduate 05/2024 Final Result 2026?
Candidates can follow these steps to download their region-wise provisional shortlist PDF:
- Visit the official website of your respective RRB region from the table above.
- Click on the link for “CEN No. 05/2024 – NTPC (Graduate) – Provisional Shortlist for DV & Medical Examination”.
- Alternatively, log in using your Registration Number and Date of Birth to view your CBAT Score Card (live from 07.05.2026, 19:00 hrs).
- The PDF will open containing roll numbers in ascending order for Category 1, 2, and 3.
- Use Ctrl + F and enter your roll number to search for your shortlisting status.
How is the RRB NTPC Merit List Prepared?
The selection and shortlisting process for RRB NTPC Graduate Level 2024 involves multiple stages:
- CBT-2 (Computer Based Test) – Conducted on 13.10.2025. Total marks: 100. Used for shortlisting Category 1 & 3.
- CBAT (Computer Based Aptitude Test) – Conducted on 28.12.2025 only for Station Master (Category 2). Candidates must score a minimum T-Score of 42 in each Test Battery to qualify.
- Combined Score for Category 2 – (70% of CBT-2 marks + 30% of CBAT score).
- Document Verification (DV) & Medical Examination – Shortlisted candidates must appear at the designated place with original documents.
- Final Recommendation – Based on merit-cum-preference, medical fitness, and CBSTT (Typing Skill Test) result.

Documents Required for DV Process
Candidates whose roll numbers appear in the provisional shortlist must carry the following original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies:
- Class 10 Mark Sheet & Certificate (for date of birth proof)
- Class 12 / Graduation Degree Certificate (as per eligibility)
- Valid Photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, Driving License)
- Caste Certificate (if applicable – SC/ST/OBC/EWS)
- Disability Certificate (if applicable – PwBD)
- Registration Slip & Admit Card of CBT-2/CBAT
- Recent passport-size photographs (colored)
