PSPCL ALM Selection Process
The selection process is straightforward and based primarily on a computer-based online test followed by document verification.
Online Written Test (Computer Based): The exam consists of two parts — Part-I (qualifying Punjabi Language test of 50 questions) and Part-II (100 objective questions covering technical/discipline questions, Punjabi language, general knowledge, reasoning, and arithmetic). There is no negative marking. The exam duration is 3 hours (180 minutes).
