NTA has given this chance after receiving requests from candidates who wanted to fix mistakes in their forms. This is a one-time facility. Once the corrections are submitted, the form will be frozen, and no further changes will be allowed.

Which Fields Can Be Corrected in RMS CET 2026?
As per Annexure 1 of the NTA notice:

Key Points to Note
- You can correct only one of these three: candidate’s name, father’s name or mother’s name. Choose carefully.
- Contact details, address and photograph are locked and cannot be edited.
- If a change affects the application fee (for example, a change in category), you must pay the extra amount. Any excess fee already paid will not be refunded.
How to Make Corrections in the RMS CET 2026 Application Form
- Visit the official website, exams.nta.nic.in/rmscet.
- Click on the RMS CET 2026 login / correction link.
- Log in with your application number and password (or date of birth, as asked), and enter the security pin.
- Open your submitted application form.
- Edit only the fields that are allowed and need to be corrected.
- Upload a fresh document or image, such as a signature, thumb impression or certificate, if you are changing it.
- Check all details carefully before submitting.
- If the portal shows an additional fee, pay it online through a credit card, debit card, net banking or UPI.
- Click Submit. Your form will be frozen after this.
- Download and print the updated confirmation page for your records.
Tip: Don’t wait until the last few hours of 28 October. The portal may become slow near the deadline.

- Last chance: Corrections must be made by 28 October 2026, 11:50 PM. NTA will not accept any correction requests after this, under any circumstances.
- One-time facility: Once you submit the corrections, the form is frozen. No further opportunity will be given.
- Extra fee, no refund: Pay the additional fee where applicable. If the fee goes down after a change, the difference will not be refunded.
- Fee payment modes: Credit card, debit card, net banking or UPI.
- Exam city: NTA will try to allot a city based on your choice, but it is not bound to follow it.
