The application form should be downloaded from www.kalahandi.nic.in and the applicant should fill the application form with a passport-size color photograph, self-attested photocopies of all relevant certificates, and a mark sheet.
Candidates have to submit a No Objection Certificate cum Continuation Certificate for the last uninterrupted service in the same post under the Society issued by the competent authority along with the application form, without which they will not be eligible.
