- Application Scrutiny: Applications received shall be scrutinized based on eligibility criteria prescribed for the respective post.
- Shortlisting: Mere possession of prescribed qualifications shall not entitle a candidate to be called for any stage. BECIL reserves the right to adopt suitable shortlisting criteria, including higher qualifications, greater relevant experience, or any other criteria deemed appropriate.
- Preference: Preference may be given to candidates possessing higher qualifications, superior academic credentials, additional relevant experience, or any other desirable criteria, as determined by the Client/Principal Employer.
- Forwarding to Client: The list of shortlisted candidates shall be forwarded to the Client/Principal Employer for further selection process, including interview, assessment, skill test, or any other evaluation method as may be decided by the Client.
- Interview/Assessment: Shortlisted candidates shall be informed regarding the date, time, and venue/mode of interview, assessment, or skill test through registered email and/or telephone.
- Selection & Offer: Candidates selected by the Client/Principal Employer shall be informed regarding their selection and subsequent formalities through email and/or telephone.
- Final Result: BECIL shall not publish interim results or stage-wise shortlists. Only the final result comprising the list of candidates selected by the Client/Principal Employer shall be published on the official website of BECIL.
- Final Decision: The decision of the Client/Principal Employer and BECIL in all matters relating to eligibility, shortlisting, selection, and engagement shall be final and binding.
